Where candidates provide the names and contact details for referees in their resumes on in response to our request for them, we think it reasonable to assume that the candidate consents to our making contact with that referee and collecting further information in a robust way. Use of Personal Information All and any information we collect is used only for the purpose intended, namely recruitment and staffing services. We only use your personal information for the purposes for which you give it to us and for related, internal management purposes. We do not give information about you to other government agencies, organisations or anyone else unless one of the following applies:
Safety of Personal Information All information is held securely on our database and is protected from unauthorised access though access technologies such as passwords, firewalls, data encryption and server authentication. Occasionally external consultants have access to our computer systems (e.g. outsourced IT and Accounting functions). Wherever possible, we will only contract with such external consultants on the basis that they will comply fully with our Privacy Policy and will not misuse or disclose any information to which they may gain access.
